Accessibility Statement

Accessibility adjustments on this site

Last updated: 13 July 2026

Rassam Accounting is committed to making this website accessible to as many people as possible, including people with disabilities and those who use assistive technologies.

We want visitors to be able to access information about our accounting and tax services, use our online tools and contact us without facing unnecessary barriers.

Our accessibility standard

We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines version 2.2, Level AA, as the benchmark for improving the accessibility of this website.

These guidelines explain how websites can be made more accessible for people with visual, hearing, physical, speech, cognitive, language, learning and neurological disabilities.

Conformance status

This website is currently partially conformant with WCAG 2.2 Level AA.

Partially conformant means that some parts of the website meet the relevant accessibility requirements, but other parts do not yet fully conform.

The website has not yet undergone a complete independent technical accessibility audit. The current status is based on a review of the website’s main pages, navigation, forms, headings, images and publicly available content.

Measures taken to support accessibility

We have taken steps to make the website easier to understand and use.

The website uses responsive layouts intended to work across desktop computers, tablets and mobile devices.

The main navigation uses clear page names and is available throughout the website.

Contact forms include visible labels identifying the information that visitors need to provide.

Written content is generally presented using clear headings, short paragraphs and straightforward language.

Many of the website’s meaningful images include alternative text intended to describe their content to people using screen readers.

Links and buttons are generally written to explain their purpose, rather than relying only on vague instructions.

Known accessibility limitations

Despite the steps already taken, we are aware that some parts of the website may not yet be fully accessible.

Some images may have incomplete, generic or inaccurate alternative text. This could make it difficult for screen-reader users to understand the meaning or purpose of those images.

Some pages may contain an inconsistent heading structure, including headings that are not presented in the correct order or pages containing more than one main heading. This may affect visitors who use headings to navigate with assistive technology.

Some browser page titles, image descriptions and other labels may contain wording left over from an earlier website template. This wording may not accurately describe the accounting content of the current page.

Some embedded calculators, booking functions, forms and other third-party Wix components have not yet been fully tested using screen readers, keyboard-only navigation, voice-control software or other assistive technologies.

The website has not yet been independently tested across every page for colour contrast, visible keyboard focus, text spacing, high levels of browser zoom or content reflow.

Some content may not display perfectly when text is enlarged significantly or when visitors apply their own spacing and display settings.

These limitations may create difficulties for some people with visual, motor or cognitive disabilities.

Online calculators

The website includes accounting and tax calculators intended to provide general estimates.

We aim to make these tools understandable and usable with clear labels, instructions and results. However, the calculators have not yet undergone a complete independent accessibility assessment.

Visitors who cannot use a calculator or understand its results can contact Rassam Accounting for assistance or request the relevant information in another format.

Third-party services

Some parts of the website are provided or supported by Wix and other external service providers.

These may include website hosting, forms, booking tools, embedded content, analytics services and online calculators.

Although we aim to choose and configure these services responsibly, we may not have complete control over the accessibility of every third-party component.

We will raise significant accessibility issues with the relevant provider where appropriate and look for reasonable alternatives where a component creates a serious barrier.

Improvements we are making

We intend to continue reviewing and improving the accessibility of the website.

This work includes reviewing browser page titles, correcting heading structures, improving image alternative text, removing inaccurate template content and checking the clarity of links, buttons and form labels.

We also intend to review keyboard navigation, focus order, focus visibility, colour contrast, text enlargement, mobile navigation, calculator controls and third-party website components.

Accessibility will be considered when new pages, content, services or online tools are introduced.

Alternative ways to access information

Contact us if you are unable to access any information or use a feature on this website.

Where reasonably possible, we can provide information in an alternative format, such as plain text, a larger text format, an accessible document or information provided by telephone or email.

Please explain what information you need and the format that would be most useful to you.

Reporting an accessibility problem

We welcome feedback about the accessibility of this website.

Contact us if you experience an accessibility problem, believe that we have failed to meet an accessibility requirement or need additional support when using the website.

Please provide the address or name of the affected page, a description of the problem and details of the browser, device or assistive technology you were using where possible.

We will review the issue and aim to provide a reasonable response or alternative way of accessing the information.

Rassam Accounting is committed to making its website accessible in accordance with applicable UK equality requirements.
